What to Put in Your Sexy Valentine’s Day Clutch

Happy Valentine’s Day lovelies!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful day, treating and celebrating yourself and loved ones. For everybody who is planning on going on a cheeky date tonight, here is a list if things I’d bring on a date. Enjoy!

Condoms

Not to be presumptuous but if you are going on a date don’t rely on someone else to be responsible for your sexual health. Plan ahead and be safe, it’s not worth the hassle of an STD.

Double Duty Make-up

RMS Lip2Cheek might just be one of my favourite makeup products as it serves double duty and is super easy to put on. On a day like this, I like to keep my make-up simple but I do occasionally add my W3ll People Mascara.

Essential Oil

No need for the questionable perfume bottle filled with ingredients I can’t pronounce. I take rose essential oil or sweet orange oil with me wherever I go and call it a (Valentine’s)day.

Reusable Straw

Bye bye ugly disposables. Pimp your drink with a fancy glass – or stainless steel straw, possibly bring one for your date as well and enjoy Zero Waste drinks with Zero guilt.

Eco-friendly Make-up

Bamboo Toothbrush

In case you spend the night, I recommend bringing your bamboo toothbrush and don’t worry about weird looks, if anything, it keeps the conversation going.

Wallet

This probably goes without saying but don’t expect your date to pay just because. Bring enough money to afford a bus ticket or taxi at the end of the night in case you don’t want to stay over or want to leave at any given time during your date.

Overnight Undies 😉

I especially love the ones by Anekdot, a Berlin based sustainable lingerie company that makes high quality undergarments out of production leftovers, off-cuts and vintage trimmings.

Baking Soda

I know this is a weird one but bare with me. Baking soda is so incredibly versatile and serves as the best deodorant, wonderful stain removal, toothpaste, impromtu face scrub and mouth wash. Definitely an essential.
