Happy New Year lovelies!
I was planning on posting all kinds of content over the holiday but truthfully, I was enjoying my time away from social media for just a little bit. But now I am back and more motivated than ever to start this new year of right with lots of blog posts already in the works and to come over the next couple of weeks.
I have been spending my offline time in my beautiful winter wonderland hometown Salzburg where my daily routine consisted of meeting friends and family, indulging in good food and drinking a little more than intended.
When I packed my suitcase to go home this year, my overall theme was “cosy all the way”, which called for durable clothing that would keep me warm but didn’t compromise style.
You know me by now, I’d never say or promote anything I don’t believe in so trust me when I say, this sweater feels more like a nice warm hug than a piece of clothing. To top that off, the material used for Mahla Clothing items are either certified organic, pre-or post-consumer waste, which makes them another great example of providing style without participating in the fast fashion trend.
All of their beautiful items are produced in the EU, either in our studio in Copenhagen or a small factory in Tallinn, Estonia.
The brand prides itself in creating long lasting items that eliminate the need for 4 annual collections that can only be worn for one season.
What I love most about Mahla Clothing is that they keep their production line transparent and provide detailed information about the origin of the garment as well as the production place.
