10 days until Valentine’s Day!!!
Whether you’re celebrating this non-holiday with your special someone or you’re just celebrating the fact that you can be your own best friend, Valentine’s Day is about appreciation and little treats to make the cold February days a little sweeter. That is why I am providing you with an easy, delicious and very healthy vegan Valentine’s Day recipe that will knock your socks off- after all that is kinda what we’re going for on Valentine’s Day isn’t it 😉
So here is what you need:
- Medjool dates
- Marzipan – find the recipe here
- Unsweetened cacao powder
- Dark chocolate ( optional)
Simply replace the date kernel with as much marzipan as you can fit
Tip: If you’ve got and extra sweet tooth, dip the dates in some melted dark chocolate, trust me it tastes like magic!
