These delicious salad wraps are everything to me at the moment.
And not just because they are incredibly delicious, but they are faster to make then you can say “Lunch Salad Wrap”!
Here is what you need to make them:
1/2 cup of cooked beans
Cooked brown rice or homemade rolls ( just use my bread recipe)
A pinch of chili powder
A pinch of Salt
Cut up and stir fry the onion, 1 tomato, the beans, carrots, pepper and brown rice for about 5 minutes in coconut oil.
Wrap in lettuce leaves, done! Literally that easy!
