Winter Salad Bowl

Even though it is winter and all we want to do is stuff our beautiful faces with cookies ( at least I do), it is still important to boost our immune sytsem with some greens and veggies!

No lie, I have eaten this salad almost every day for about a month and I still can’t get over how delicious it tastes.

Here is what you need:

  • Lettuce 
  • 1 Tomato 
  • 1 Artichoke
  • 1 Red onion 
  • A few olives 
  • A few grapes
  • 1 Carrot 
  • Red peppers
  • Olive oil 
  • Balsamic vinegar 
  • 3-4 medjoul dates 
  • Coconut oil 
  • Salt 
  • Hot pepper powder

Cut up and fry the medjoul dates in the olive oil, while cutting up the rest of the ingredients. 

Throw everything together, add some balsamic vinegar, a little olive oil a pinch of salt and some hot pepper powder and voila!!!
