 Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I am providing
you with a healthy delicious breakfast option that will not only make
you feel active and ready for the day, but also tastes like you’re eating dessert for breakfast.

Here is what you need:

  • Freshly rolled oats ( if you don’t have a grain flaker, bought oats will do)
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • Berries of your choice ( I like blueberries and raspberries)
  • Honey
  • Vanilla powder
  • Roasted almonds
