Blueberry Jamin’

Since it’s Christmas time and cold outside, I thought I would provide you with a simple and quick recipe for delicious jam. 


Here is what you need: 

  • Half a cup of your favorite berries ( can be frozen) 
  • 2 tsp of honey or for the vegan option any kind of syrup
  • 1 tsp of apple pectin 
  • Optional (cinnamon) 

Heat the berries on the stove ( I used blueberries).  

 

Gradually add the pectin and stir well……

…….until it has this consistency!

Add the cinamom, pour it in a glass jar and enjoy!

Tip: My favorite way to enjoy my homemade blueberry jam is on whole wheat toast with almond butter ….nomnom!
