How to make homemade whole wheat bread

I did it!!! I baked my first bread!…and let me tell you, it turned out beautifully.

It’s soft in the middle with a delicious crust. I made it out of 5 ingredients and not only was it incredibly easy to make it, I had a fresh loaf of bread within an hour and it tasted amazing ( yup tasted…it’s already gone)


So here is how you can make this amazing whole wheat bread too:

#Mix 3 Cups of whole wheat flour ( I used spelt flour) with 1teaspoon of active dry yeast and 1 teaspoon of sea salt( see picture 1).


# Carefully add warm water, stir and add more water until you have thick but not wet dough ( see picture 3).

#Put a dishcloth over your bowl and let the dough sit for about 30 minutes.
 #Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F or 190° C. 
#Butter your pan and pour the dough in there, spreading it evenly (see picture 4).

# Bake the loaf for 30 minutes, take it out, turn the pan upside down and let it cool off for about 15 minutes. Done!
