Non-dairy vegan coffee with smooth and silky foam

I am actually not much of a coffee drinker and except
for the occasional latte macchiato with friends- that I usually order for the
foam- I prefer a nice cup of tea.

But since I am at university and I sometimes have
to turn to coffee to stay awake, I have discovered the simplest recipe for coffee
foam without having to use any kind of milk or plant-bases substitute. 

It’s so simple that I feel stupid for not coming up
with it earlier.

 Here is what you need:

  • Organic
    instant coffee
  • Water 
  • Honey


Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it
until you have a nice hazelnut color.

Done! It’s literally that easy. 

To enhance the flavor you can add some
hazelnut- or coconut milk.
