Blanched Roasted Almonds

Favorite snack, healthy and super easy to make….need I say more?!

Here is what you need:

  • Almonds
  • Hot water
  • Salt
  • Baking parchment


# Pour almonds and hot water into a bowl, after about 5-10 minutes you should be able to remove the skin from the almonds. Alternatively you can buy blanched almonds and skip this step.

# Put baking parchment in the oven and evently spread almonds on there.

# Bake at 350° F or 180°C for about 7 minutes

# Take the almonds out and put a little salt on them before they cool.

# Let them cool for 2o minutes before you enjoy your quick and healthy snack.
